You enter through the shared front door and shared staircase of our house. Recently renovated with tasteful decoration and new furniture and a large sunny terrace. Close to the shopping street "De Fred" with nice coffee shops, famous museums, port and beach. Keukenhof is 30 km away. International organizations such as Europol and OPCW are around the corner. The space The apartment is on the third floor. After entering the house through the central front door, you walk up two stairs to your private floor. The host and hostess live on the ground floor. The bedroom is at the front, the living room with large terrace at the back of the house. The bedroom has a double electrically adjustable, comfortable box spring with 2 separate mattresses and a luxury top mattress (180x200). In the living room, there are two armchairs, which can also be used as single beds of 80x200 cm, a round dining table with 2 comfortable chairs. There is a LED TV with Chromecast dongle The living room and bedroom are connected by the kitchen. It has a dishwasher, induction cooktop, extractor hood, fridge and combi-microwave with oven, kettle and coffee machine for cups. From the bathroom and the living room, you step onto a spacious terrace of approximately 18 m2 located on the South-West. In the hallway, there is a separate toilet, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. Guest access Amsterdam, Schiphol and Rotterdam can be reached by train in about half an hour. The Keukenhof is 30 km away. The house is located in the district of Scheveningen with good public transport facilities, tram and bus around the corner. Parking is available in the street. Between 1 p.m. and midnight, parking is paid, 7 days a week for about €2 per hour. Other things to note Help create a sustainable household: turn off lights and laptop when you leave.
