The apartment is located in a beautiful old Viennese Gründerzeit house right next to the popular Augarten and has just been renovated. The apartment is accessible by elevator. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. With the two subway lines U4 & U6, which you can reach in about 8 minutes walking distance, as well as tram line 5 right outside the door, the apartment is the ideal starting point for your stay in Vienna! The space The bright apartment is on the 4th floor of a Viennese Gründerzeit building. The apartment has the following rooms: 1 living room 1 bedroom 1 kitchen 1 bathroom 1 toilet 1 entrance The spacious bedroom offers a double bed (1.80 × 2.0 m) and a generous wardrobe. In addition, there is a desk in the bedroom, which is ideal for working. The light-flooded living room is extremely spacious and equipped with the following: couch, dining table and TV. The existing couch can be unfolded and thus offers space for two more fellow travelers. If the apartment is planned for several travelers, we would like to point out that the living room is only separated from the bedroom with an opaque curtain. In addition to fast Wi-Fi in the entire apartment, the living room has a Smart TV with its own Netflix account. The kitchen is equipped as follows: oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub shower and a washing machine. Linens and towels are provided for your stay. Highchair and crib are provided by us on request. Guest access Parking in front of the house is free on weekends and holidays. Since parking is subject to a fee on working days, we recommend a parking garage that is just around the corner (costs about €8/day).
