Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space to enjoy yourselves. Large apartment in a quaint neighborhood full of shops and with a fresh fruit, vegetable, meat and fish market. A short distance from the center, only 15 minutes from St. Peter's and 10 minutes from Metro Line A! When you are there, the apartment will not be shared with other people for your safety and privacy, and the unused rooms will be closed. Check-in is not possible at night. The space Large and spacious apartment suitable for large families or for several people or couples on vacation, in fact the minimum required number of people for the stay is 2. In this case, the entire apartment is at your disposal, excluding the rooms that will not be occupied and that will be closed. Remember to send your documents to the Host before entering the apartment, otherwise you will not be able to access the property. One person has access to the room with a single bed in addition to the entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Two people have access to the bedroom with a double bed in addition to the common areas as above. Four people have access to two double bedrooms in addition to the common areas. Six or seven people have access to all 4 bedrooms (the 4th bedroom is with a double sofa bed and must be paid for separately) in addition to the use of the common areas. A cot for another person or a travel cot can be added upon request. Other things to note The rent is per room and therefore per bed. Please note that for your privacy and security, unused rooms are closed and not rented. For those arriving outside of check-in time (depending on the time), we may request a surcharge. There is no night check-in for those who book or for guests who may arrive later. Check-in at night is prohibited by condominium regulations. According to Italian law, it is mandatory to provide the Host with the documents of all guests who will stay in the apartment before their arrival.
