Cozy, Clean and Convenient - 1BR/1BA. The "Nest" was built in the 1920's and is now a duplex. Bedroom has a queen bed. Kitchen with appliances. Wifi and Smart TV. Convenient On Street Parking. This Neighborhood is a mix of gentrification, industrial and modest housing. Close to Downtown (1.8 miles) to honky tonks, Marathon Village, Titan's Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Vanderbilt and Hospitals -Uber $10 to downtown. The space This is a 1920's home that's now a duplex - a classic Nashville structure of its time - uniquely private in the heart of the city. Completely updated kitchen. It is small - 525 sq.ft. There is "on street" parking in front of the house. The "Nest" is so close to EVERYTHING! It is in an urban neighborhood with a mix of new construction, modest housing and industrial. Trains nearby. Complimentary ear plugs provided;-) Folks don't really seem to mind the train. Since we do not reside on the property, Security Cameras are at the front door and on a building in the back yard. These cameras are always "on and recording" which allows for viewing and monitoring of ONLY the public space. The security cameras are clearly identified and are disclosed ahead of a reservation confirmation. Guest access Self Check-in with an electronic lock. Code will be given the day of your arrival. Other things to note - "Quiet enjoyment" time between 10pm and 7am - Occupancy limited to 2. - No additional overnight guests without host approval. - No 3rd Party Booking. The Guest booking the reservation MUST BE the Guest staying. - Trains nearby. Complimentary ear plugs provided.
