Close to Downtown (1.8 miles) to honky tonks, Marathon Village, Titan's Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Vanderbilt and Hospitals -Uber $10 to downtown. This is a 1920's home that's now a duplex - a classic Nashville structure of its time - uniquely private in the heart of the city. Completely updated kitchen. It is small - 525 sq.ft. There is "on street" parking in front of the house. The "Nest" is so close to EVERYTHING! It is in an urban neighborhood with a mix of new construction, modest housing and industrial. Trains nearby. Complimentary ear plugs provided;-) Folks don't really seem to mind the train. Since we do not reside on the property, Security Cameras are at the front door and on a building in the back yard. These cameras are always "on and recording" which allows for viewing and monitoring of ONLY the public space. The security cameras are clearly identified and are disclosed ahead of a reservation confirmation. Self Check-in with an electronic lock. Code will be given the day of your arrival. Lisa and I own all the homes surrounding the property, two of which are Airbnbs, and we personally manage our tenants. We do not reside on the property but available 24/7 by text/phone and live 30 minutes away. This is an urban neighborhood with new builds, modest homes and industry. It is in the heart of the city, but off the beaten path... use your common sense as you would in any urban neighborhood. It’s a short drive to all downtown sites! I recommend Uber! It’s about a $10 and about 10 minutes to anywhere downtown! - "Quiet enjoyment" time between 10pm and 7am - Occupancy limited to 2. - No additional overnight guests without host approval. - No 3rd Party Booking.
