Description
This charming studio is in Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood: Alfama. It is decorated with vintage industrial and arty furniture, matching the bohemian nature of Alfama, Saint Jorge castle and the Fado taverns. Studio areas: living and dining area, full equipped kitchenette, sleeping area, a small closet and bathroom with toilet, a mirrored sink and walk-in shower. Near your door there’s a free elevator that takes you up to Santa Luzia belvedere, and to the Tram stop of the famous no. 28 Tram . The space My studio is in the ground floor of an old moorish building. It is 20sqm large , dived by an historical framework, two zones: One is the living zone and the kitchenette, the other is the sleeping , closet and bathroom. The entrance door faces a lovely small square and steps from where you can admire the river. For a local feeling experience , you can take out to the square, the little table and chairs available for you to seat outside , relax and sip a glass of Portuguese wine and taste the delicious Portuguese cheeses and ham, in a slice o rustic bread. Other things to note Notes 1. Please note that late check-in after 21:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 has a surcharge of EUR 50. Fees to be paid upon arrival. 2. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use of cleaning policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If the Cleaning Service discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. 3. Persons not registered ( ID/Passport number , Nationality and place of residence” at the checkin, cannot stay inside the accommodation and cannot stay overnight. This violation of this rule will cause the immediate expulsion from the accommodation, of the person responsible for the reservation. Registration Details 2646
