The space Great light and space in the top floor unit (3 flights of stairs) of a 4-unit condo building. This listing is for the private guest room with a queen bed that comfortably sleeps 2. Bedding and towels provided. The window air conditioner is available from June to September. Ceiling fan year-round. Guest access In addition to the private guest bedroom, you also have exclusive use of the separate guest bathroom. The rest of the apartment is shared space with myself. You have full access to the kitchen with a dishwasher. There is cupboard space for your own groceries. Feel free to use the living and dining rooms as well as the washer/dryer. During your stay You have exclusive access to the private bedroom and bathroom. The other areas including the living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared with myself as I reside here. I'm always available for questions via phone, text or email. Or in person if/when our paths cross in the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is on the 4th floor, up 3 flights of stairs.
