Villa YUCCA

Villa Yucca is a superb villa whose construction was completed in December 2020. Located in Gosier in the heart of Guadeloupe Island in a green, quiet and relaxing setting, 5 minutes drive to Datcha Beach and Gosier Island. Our house is designed to take full advantage of its terraces and infinity pool. The space This is a contemporary villa with a modern style and a refined and neat tropical decor. Nestled at the top of a hill, it offers a green view, with a very quiet environment. Our single-story house is 170 m2, it has an entrance with a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a refrigerator dedicated to drinks. The entrance gives access to the kitchen and living room which are one. This large room has a 6-meter-long bay window opening onto a 60 m2 covered terrace, naturally ventilated. This space has a dining area with a large Bali table that can easily accommodate 10 guests and an outdoor lounge. You will go down 4 steps and have access to a second terrace with a 10 m by 3 m Balinese-style infinity pool and its 3 m by 3 m sundeck, ideal for an aperitif. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms. In the right end of the house (kitchen side), there is a large master suite with a king size bed (180 x 200) equipped with a dressing room, bathroom and toilet. In the left end (living room side), you will find 2 children's bedrooms furnished with cabin beds, a desk and various games (puzzles, car circuit...). Its two rooms are separated by a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. We are not connected to the city water, we are equipped with a tank with a capacity of 10,000 liters and filters that will allow you to cook. The pool is secured by a gate. The courtyard is secured by an electric gate. Guests can park their cars under cover (covered hall). PLEASE NOTE: our cat lives on site, he is clean, discreet and appreciates petting in his spare time. You'll have to remember to give him his kibble every day. This is our primary residence, which we rent when we are outside the department. We want you to feel at home and respect it as your own. Guest access A vehicle is essential to visit the island.
