La Casa Grande was built Summer of 2017. The property is PRIVATE and ammenities are JUST for YOU. Beautiful outdoor pool with a view. 12 minutes away from the town center and 7 mins. from Salto De Jimenoa Waterfall. We're located in an authentic Dominican neighborhood where children play on the streets and neighborhs greet eachother daily. Base price is for first 4 guests only, the price goes up after 4 guests until a max of 12 guests is reached. The space There are 3 large bedrooms. One bedroom has a King sized bed. The other two bedrooms each have a full sized bed and one bunk bed. There is a beautiful chimney in the living room and a bonfire pit area in case you want to enjoy a nice campfire under the stars or in the comfort of the living room. Guest access The facilities are not shared with anyone. The entire property will be yours when you book. Other things to note No music after 10 pm. No music from vehicles and absolutely no drugs on the property. We are a family friendly property and only seek guests who are respetful and decent. Base price is for first 4 guests. After that, $15 per person per night. BBQ is charcoal.
