The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room, a living room with a TV, a full bathroom, a front patio, and a garden in the back. In the garden there is a grill, a dining room and an outdoor shower so you can relax and enjoy our space to the fullest. The pool is also in the garden and is not shared with anyone else. The space This house with a pool is located a few meters from the DIF park, with many local businesses around, in a family and quiet area. IMPORTANT The price depends on the number of guests. Please tell us in the reservation how many people will come so we can have beds and towels ready. Subject to availability, we offer a late check-out option for 200 MXN. Please ask if you wish to do so. Otherwise, check-out time will be at 12 noon. We accept pets, however, they have an additional price of 300 MXN per stay, please indicate when making your reservation if you will be traveling with pets. If during your stay you require the rental of a scooter or car, ask and we can provide you with the number of our trusted rental company, who can deliver the vehicle directly to the house. Guest access The house is ready to be delivered from 3 pm, it can only be delivered earlier upon availability and with an extra cost of early check in of 150 mxn. Please ask. Other things to note When booking for two people, please note that the price shown is for 2 people in 1 room. If you need or want to use the second room, please book for 3 people. Otherwise the price of the second air conditioner and extras are not calculated in the price.
