The space Large, elegant one bedroom condo, centrally located in San Diego's uptown neighborhood of North Park with views of Mexico (Tijuana and surrounding moutain ranges), San Diego city skyline, some ocean, and of course the planes coming in to land (without the noise). This is a top (4th) floor condo with balcony (not suitable for children) and an open floor plan (both rooms feel huge), with heating and air conditioning. Fast WiFi internet. Monitor, keyboard, printer on high end work desk. Shredder. Samsung 60" 4K TV. Roku for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services. NAD CD player. Yamaha receiver with Spotify and digital radio. Bowers & Wilkins speakers. Extensive classical music selection. Washer/dryer combo (one unit). Granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Plush, spa-like California King bed and King size pillows. No smoking please. Guest access The whole condo. Plus parking space #58 for one regular size car or mid sized SUV. The garage door clearance is 6’8” which is not sufficient for a large SUV or truck. There garage does not have an electrical outlet to charge EVs. However, there is a nearby charging station. Other things to note I have a instructions-on-a-page on how to access the WiFi, and how to use the entertainment system, digital radio, basic TV, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, CD, washing machine, etc. Internet speed is 250MB down, and data plan is ~1.2TB/mo (enough for anyone except heavy gamers).
