We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave. Coming to the four corners to work or play we are centrally located for easy access to it all. We have made sure to add every convenience to make your trip a success. As far as cleaning fees and requirements go we charge a $50 cleaning fee & we request you pick up as you would at home and double check for personal items before you leave. We have the rest. Close to an outdoor track, restaurants, coffee houses and bars. You have street parking for your car. There is a red apple transit system going around Farmington & it small close by towns. We are in a older neighborhood of Farmington filled with a close knit community of not just neighbors but friends. We hang out regularly & keep an eye out for each other’s needs. We live next door to this property & will gladly help you out with any situation that arises but so would any of our neighbors.
