This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave. The space We are delighted to list our guest house on Airbnb. As 8 year continuious Super host’s we are excitedly implementing all of the ideas we have learned as hosts to this property. This cozy cottage is super private. While it is small It is loaded with comfortable amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Full kitchen & bath with a queen size bed. Enjoy your own private patio & shared laundry. We also provide a TV with extensive cable channels & WIFi. Coming to the four corners to work or play we are centrally located for easy access to it all. We have made sure to add every convenience to make your trip a success. As far as cleaning fees and requirements go we charge a $50 cleaning fee & we request you pick up as you would at home and double check for personal items before you leave. We have the rest. Other things to note We are in a older neighborhood of Farmington filled with a close knit community of not just neighbors but friends. We hang out regularly & keep an eye out for each other’s needs. We live next door to this property & will gladly help you out with any situation that arises but so would any of our neighbors.
