My apartment is as appeared on listings, cozy and comfortable and centrally located on Nimmanheamin Road, not in the alley. There are 2 of 7-11 within the building. Basically just opposite the famous restaurant called ‘Salad Concept’ Accessing the building with key card, no need to worry about safety. Getting around here is easy taxi always passing at the front of building and many Apps for transportation. Other things to note Announcement *There will be renovations (tiles repair) in common area of the building during 8May - 30 September 2024 (Monday-Friday 10:00-16:00, not on Saturday and Sunday) So it would be noisy during that time and room rate is dropped during that period. *Also all of Nimman area is very close to Airport, you will sometimes hear the Airplane noise. * In order to watch Netflix, you will have to log in with your own accounts.
