Wonderful Common area at the lake for swimming, boating with ramp, playground, and picnic areas please note: Large deck (with firepit) will not be available Dec-April Charming 2 bed/1 bath Sandy Shore home at Lake Wallenpaupack. Sleeps 6. Spacious kitchen and Living Room area. Gas range, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. All dishes, cookware, bake ware, and utensil there to make a gourmet meal. The Living room you will find a queen sized sofa bed, recliner and rocking chair along with electric fireplace, and 55" tv. In the front bedroom there are 2 twin beds with a dresser. The other bedroom has a queen bed with 2 dressers also with a 32"tv. Both rooms have ceiling fans. Bath has shower/tub combo. Enjoy the summer nights sitting on the large deck at the fire-pit with outside tv and outdoor speakers watching the deer in the yard. There is a spacious eating area on the deck with seating for 6 with a gas grill. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Enjoy time at the common area at the lake. Just sit and watch the boats go by or go for a swim in the swim area, use boat ramp for your boat or kayak, playground for the kids, picnic tables and pavilion,and basketball court. **Please note that the house is for up to 6 guests and is not for use for parties or events** Must be 25 to book. No parties or events on property No unregistered guests. Only specific guests noted in booking are allowed on premises. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal of all guest (and any visitors) from property without refund. If there is a disturbance with more than listed guests a $50.00 per guest fine will be charged. We are in a family neighborhood, please respect our neighbors and limit your noise after 10:00 pm Please turn off lights, air conditioning, small appliances, lamps, etc. when not in use. Please DO NOT flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. We have a septic system, and foreign objects WILL damage it. This is a no smoking house. There is an ashtray provided outside on the porch. Please dispose of butts in ashtray only. No illegal substances on property. This will lead to immediate eviction of all guests from property. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. No food permitted in bedrooms. Please put all trash in garbage cans outside. We will take care of putting the trash out at the end of the driveway for weekly pick Please leave the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas in the condition that they were left for you Please unplug coffee pot, turn off lights and turn air conditioning to 75, and lock all doors and windows before you leave. Lost keys and car tags will result in a $10 replacement fee No pets allowed. --- Any pets on the property will be assessed a $200.00 cleaning fee, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. (No Exceptions.)---- we are just a phone call away if anything is needed Along with being close to the lake it is a short drive to the quaint town of Hawley where you will find coffee shops, delicious dining options and cute locally owned shops. Please let us know if there will be additional guests at the house. We only plan for the amount of guests at time of booking. No more than 6 guests at the house at one time.
