We just finished major updates: new appliances, roof, deck, siding, and fresh exterior paint. Inside you’ll find a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings—plenty of room for 8 guests (perfect for one family, grandparents, or two small families). The big deck is made for sunset dinners, cornhole, hot-tub soaks under the stars, and morning sunrises from the Adirondack chairs. Just 6 lots back from the oceanfront road for easy beach access. First-timers to Hatteras love this spot: climb the iconic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, boogie board and shell on uncrowded beaches (boards & chairs provided!), kayak in the sound, try world-class fishing and surfing, explore Pea Island Wildlife Refuge for birdwatching, or hop the free ferry to Ocracoke to learn about Blackbeard pirate lore. Sunrises, sunsets, and pure Outer Banks magic are all minutes from your door—your perfect introduction to the island! Guest access Full access to the property including access to the hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, fish cleaning station, and wrap-around deck. Note: Please do not attempt to access the Owner's closet in the downstairs Queen bedroom. This contains our personal belongings for use when we are at the home. Thank you for being respectful of this closet!! Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: NO TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. You will need to bring your own BEACH and BATH TOWELS. If you prefer to rent towels, please let us know at least a week in advance. Please make sure to walk the trashcan up to the curb prior to your departure.
