NEWLY RENOVATED! Our home is in the quaint historic Fairmount Hills Neighborhood. This loft is great for business travelers, couples, and solo adventurers. We are close to Downtown, Bush Park, Salem Hospital, Willamette University, and Convention Center. We are also a great home base for exploring wineries and other communities. Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety. The studio is a quiet, private retreat above the garage, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster and electric kettle. We will get you started with homemade granola and sometimes a baked treat. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided along with a long list of restaurant recommendations. The queen size, pillow top mattress is made up with luxury linens. Guests are welcome to use the back patio and feel free to stroll through the garden. This is a non-smoking environment, inside and out. For safety reasons and respect to all guests we do not allow smoking, burning candles or incense in the suite. No guests allowed in the suite that have not been verified through Airbnb or are not included in the reservations. ALL GUESTS MUST BE CHECKED IN UPON ARRIVAL. Sorry, no pets allowed. TWO night minimum on weekends. Please conserve energy. We want to be as low-impact as possible, so please conserve energy by turning off the lights and heat when you go out. Please make sure the doors and windows are locked when you leave the house. -SECURITY CAMERAS have been installed outside to enhance your safety and will be used for the sole purpose of protecting and securing our property. - HOUSEKEEPING. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily housekeeping is not. At the end of your stay please take sheets off the bed and place in clothes hamper (located in closet), along with towels. Wash all dishes and put them away. Be sure to unplug the hotpot. Take out all garbage. Turn off heat. - NO PARTIES If issues or questions arise during your stay please notify us immediately so that we can address issues as soon as possible. We want to make sure you have a great stay. -KEYS. At the end of your stay, please leave keys in the mail slot *left side of window under porte cochere. *** House is privately owned. The studio is a few blocks from the Salem Art Fair, a short walk to eateries, museums, library, parks, Salem Hospital, Willamette University and the Capitol. This is wine country and we will be happy to share our favorites for you to visit. On street parking is available. It’s best to park on our side of Lincoln and walk to up curved drive.
