PLEASE NOTE - The top floor shower room/ensuite is situated within the single bedroom and shares with the 2nd double bedroom on the same floor ————— On the first floor the master bedroom with kingsize bed, Smart ( Netflix) Freeview TV and en-suite with roll-top bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Second Floor: Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and Freeview TV. Bedroom 3: With single bed sofa, Roberts radio and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, welcome pack and local bespoke local toiletries included and Wi-Fi included. Guest access On road Parking is sometimes available in front of the cottage on the cobbles and also on the cobbles opposite (AVAILABILITY PERMITTING) parking is also available further along the road, close to the Orange Tree pub, there are also pay and display car parks in the town by Booths supermarket/Fire Station where chargers for electric cars are also available To obtain Keys please walk through the archway to the rear of the property and collect from the lockbox which is on the right hand side of the rear door Please enter by the front door ( rear door bolted from the inside) Router is situated in the lounge on the right hand side of the fireplace, password attached All Heating requirements can be altered using the Honeywell thermostat - by the main TV ( the boiler shouldn’t be altered) Further information is available in the house manual on the window seat in the lounge and further Leaflets for induction hob etc can be found in the file by the window under the stairs Refuse can be disposed of in the appropriate bins in the single storey outbuilding to the left within the courtyard ( window with net curtains and bolt on the door) or taken to the recycling bins in the car park opposite booths Just a little note again if you have an electric car there are charging points at booths car park and in the car park opposite booths, there isn’t a charging point at the cottage and unfortunately charging your car is not permitted Check in is possible from 4pm Departure before 10am Please feel free to contact me anytime, it’s always nice to know you’ve arrived and much appreciated on check out On departure used towels can be left in the bath Please pop keys back in the Lockbox and scramble digits There will be some complimentary bits and bobs left for you to enjoy through your stay too!
