This is a Room Only booking. This property is an ideal getaway as its location offers all the benefits of country, coastal(private entrance 300 meters to beach) living and is a short distance (2.5km) from the shops and restaurants of Killybegs. Fibre Optic Internet/WiFi. No pets allowed. This room offers uninterrupted views of sea and islands. This ROOM as well as the LOUNGE are exclusively separated and PRIVATE from hosts living quarters. Room only The space The scenery is breathtaking. With private access to 3 beach coves that open onto Fintragh beach (blue flag). Untouched wildlife including birds of prey, otters, coastal birds, seals, dolphins and if you are very patient you might catch a glimpse of a puffin! In addition to its natural edge it has been at the very hub of historical events with neighbouring fields accommodating ring forts, neolithic tombs, waters sailed on by vessels that participated in the Spanish armada and on the beach at the foot of our land (near cove 2) a B-17 flying fortress crashed and submerged in the sands during 1944 (all survived). Or just simply fish mackerel, crab and lobster from the headlands. Guest access When guests stay at our lodge they have exclusive use of a well appointed lounge with breathtaking uninterrupted views of the sea.
