A spacious lawn area out the back doubles as a communal play area to build a snowman or have an epic snowball battle. On the Upper Level, enjoy the Master Suite, Kitchen, Open Concept Living Area, Powder Room, wide plank oak flooring, and unobstructed views of Mammoth Mountain. The Master Suite has a King Size Canopy Bed with a Nectar mattress, workspace, smart TV, Private Bathroom, and incredible views of The Sherwin Mountains.
