Other things to note There is no garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building, on the street there are no blue zone fees. HOUSE RULES 1. The daily rates start at 3:00 P.M. (check-in) and end at 12:00 P.M. the next day (check-out). 2. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the bedroom, bathroom, hallway, stairs and in common areas. Use only outdoor areas indicated for this purpose (on the ground floor). 3. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., SILENCE is paramount. Disobeying this rule will cause the cancellation of the stay without refund. 4. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment or in any part of the condominium. If this occurs, the guest's daily rate will be charged. 5. The condominium allows you to carry large objects in the elevator from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. It is forbidden to hang objects on the window. 6. Parties are not allowed inside the apartment. 7. We are not responsible for forgotten or left objects on the premises. 8. Use the apartment's goods with care to avoid damage, such as STAINING (makeup, blood, dye) or tearing bed and bath linens, damaging electrical and electronic equipment, bed, closet, decorative objects and lighting. Use diapers on young children to prevent leaks on mattresses. Any damage to the property in your possession will be charged to the responsible guest. 9. Walking shirtless or in pajamas is not allowed in the common areas of the Condominium. This is a family environment. Respect it. 10. Please turn off the lights, the TV, close the faucet and windows when you leave the apartment (except the bathroom). Wash the dishes and collect your garbage, keep the apartment tidy. Thank you!
