A small house near the sea is a kitnet, ideal for those who visit the coast, it is well located in the central area of Praia Grande, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and, of course, the beach! Just a 10-minute walk. It has a comfortable space for a home office, with 300m claro/net Wi-Fi, a complete compact kitchen (see photos), a double bed and futons that turn into a single mattress, a smart TV connected to Disney, as well as beach items for your comfort! @cantinhopertodomar The space This space was created with a lot of love, thinking about the comfort of our guests. The kitchen has a microwave, electric oven, electric rice cooker, blender, electric toaster, electric sandwich maker, as well as a minibar, cooktop and other kitchen items such as: dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans... Moving on to the bedroom, we placed the counter where we provide two stools for meals and also a part reserved for a home office, with a chair with a very comfortable backrest and a lamp. At the end of the counter, there is a shelf where we leave two beach chairs, a small umbrella stand, sand bag, cooler and two Styrofoam cups. These items can be taken to the beach, we just ask that you take care of them and bring them back, so we can maintain the same quality with the guests who will come. We also put a very nice guitar-shaped shelf, where we left some books for use during your stay, with hooks if you want to hang bags, keys, among others. Below this shelf, we provide two futons, which turn into two single mattresses. Right next to it, we can see the double bed and on the front wall the 29'' smart TV already connected with Disney and Star Plus. We thought a lot about your comfort, even though there is no possibility of going to the beach, there is a lot that can be done in this space: Cooking, watching that series or even a good read. Come visit us and enjoy yourself. Guest access The entire space is available. In the building, there is a common space, a place to wash clothes (no washing machine) and an area to store bicycles. IT DOES NOT HAVE PARKING. Other things to note Sincere tips: - Keep the environment clean and organized. - If you break/lose any kitnet items, just replace them. - Do not leave your trash on the beaches. -We provide bed sheets and pillows. -We do not provide blankets and bath towels. -Check-in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and check-out by 12 p.m. @cantinhopertodomar
