BC offers free public transportation and also has app transportation (Uber/99), which makes it easy for visitors to move around. The space HAVE A COMFORTABLE STAY WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT ANYTHING On the block of the sea, it accommodates up to 4 people (ideal for 3 adults and 1 child). To comfortably serve you and your family, we offer Wi-Fi with good speed in the apartment and 1 parking space. 1 double suite and 1 single bedroom. With the following items at your disposal: 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra single mattress. 2 bathrooms with shower. - 1 double suite with split air conditioning and TV - 1 single bedroom with portable air conditioning - Social bath - Living/dining room - Balcony with partial views of the beach - Integrated kitchen equipped to prepare basic meals - Service area with washer and clothes dryer GARAGE -1 private space in the building Guest access IN-PERSON CHECK IN As the building does not have a concierge, we welcome all guests personally and with pleasure. CADASTRO: All guests must be registered with their full name and ID to be allowed to enter the building. THIS SPACE IS EXCLUSIVE FOR GUESTS, AND VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED. Other things to note NO SMOKING. 220V POWER GRID. IMPORTANT: In order to avoid misunderstandings, before booking, check if our space has your profile; the apartment is in a residential condominium, with a family atmosphere. Rules of coexistence must be respected to maintain harmony with all. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The entrance is from 3pm and exit until 10am. Where possible, we offer flexibility in entry and exit times at no additional cost, if there is no other reservation entering or leaving on the same day. Here are some guidelines: - The pet needs to be trained in doing its needs on the hygienic carpet - Floor damage, furniture, or linen will be charged - It is not allowed to leave the pet alone in the apto for logos periods - When traveling through the common areas of the building, such as elevators, entrance hall or garages, care for safety and hygiene should be redoubled. - During the stay, it is mandatory to constantly clean up after your pet. - At checkout, if you have pet needs in the apartment, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
