We are located 40 kms from Dabolim airport. 4kms from Panjim capital city centre. Half a kilometer from Miramar beach .and 3.5 km to Dona Paula jetty.all our rooms are furnished with two single beds.tv.instant hot shower. attached toilet bath .a desk with table n chairs. The space Its a home stay hotel with basic amenities with clean and hygienic washrooms. Guest access guests can access their alloted rooms, the lobby, and the open garden infront of the hotel. Other things to note we stay in the hotel premises and we expect guests to refrain from playing loud music and noise which may result in creating inconvenience to us as well as other guests.
