The space *WOODLAND VILLA 1 LONAVALA* Let me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor) - The villa has 4 bedrooms, each equipped with an air-conditioner - All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms Living Room: - The living area can accommodate up to 12 people - Living room is air conditioned - A flat screen TV with DTH connection is available - Guests have access to WiFi Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 private bathrooms - 1 Common washroom - All bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply Kitchen and Meals: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a Gas stove - Guests have access to the kitchen and can prepare basic things like tea, coffee, maggi etc. Or maybe to heat up the food. - Meals can be arranged for guests at an additional cost - Crockery is available for 15 people There is a Gazebo available next to the pool with a nice sitout area Pool: - The villa has an outdoor pool that can accommodate 10 people - Pool size: 20 ft x 15 ft with a depth of 4.5 ft - No pool usage after 10 PM - Kids must always be accompanied by adults House Rules - Loud music is prohibited after 10 PM - Music indoors at a considerable volume is allowed after 10pm - Pool usage is prohibited after 10 PM - Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms - Footwear is not allowed inside the villa Other things to note - This is a pet-friendly villa, however taking your pet in the pool and bedrooms is not allowed - A power backup is available at the villa - Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool - A refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000/- will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest Guest Access - Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. Interaction with Guests The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Check-in time - 2 pm Checkout time - 11 am Late check-out will lead to reduction from the deposit amount. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
