All guests must present a valid ID to enter the premises. 2. Scanned copies/pictures of ID should be sent to me at least a day before check-in. This copy will be forwarded to the condo management. Sensitive information can be blurred out like Passport #. Pool Information: 1. Airbnb guests are only allowed to use the pools on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Weekend use is not allowed. 2. Pool hours is from 7am to 9pm. 3. Pool fee per head is 200PhP per use (to be paid by guests, pay at the condo cashier). 4. Please register at the Darma building lobby to use the swimming pool. 5. Please dry yourself after using the pool. Use the shower/changing rooms beside the convenience store (BUDI building lower ground floor) before going up to the unit. 6. Long term guests (at least 6mos stay) will be registered residents which means no additional payment or usage restrictions for the pool. Booking rules: 1. Booked guests are the only people allowed inside the unit. 2. For guests with visitors, please entertain them at the lobby area. Named guests in the booking made are the only people allowed inside the unit. 3. Infants are allowed but the unit is currently not equipped with extra facilities for them such as baby cot, infant bath tub, etc. Please take note of this when you do the reservation. 4. Bedroom number 2 will be closed/locked if there are only up to two guests staying. If you need the other bedroom, we can discuss it in chat but this might incur changes in booking price. 5. One day advanced notice is preferred when booking. This is needed to properly communicate the guests' details to the condo management.
