All are located at the second (last) floor of the city house where I live, so that the whole second floor will be privatized for you (appart from a small storage room). The neighbourhood is charming and very quiet, designed in a typical mediterranean style. The area is close to many locations of interest: universities, schools, agropolis, research campuses, and connected to the city center by public transport. Guest access You will have access to the common kitchen which is fully equipped (oven, microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine...). The common toilets are located ground floor. During your stay I speak French, English, and German fluently. And I can also manage some Spanish. I will be glad to assist you during your stay by providing tips for things to do or see and how to manage with the local life. Other things to note The room is ideal for short to middle-term stay, for tourism, study or business trips. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, but allowed on the terrace, provided that no risk is taken for what regards fire and smoke/ashes inconvenience.
