Description
'The Wash House' is a unique and peaceful hideaway, perfect for a couple looking for a tranquil and relaxing break on the Dorset coast. The Wash House is unusual and is made up of two seperate areas; the living room with sofa bed has an adjoining en-suite shower room, you'll need to walk outside to reach the separate kitchen just a few steps away. The location is amazing for walking, cycling, bird watching and keen photographers can enjoy the wildlife and sunsets over the Chesil Bank. The space The property has its own private entrance, which leads into the light and airy living room flooded with light from the skylight windows above. In the main living space you'll find a settee (which doubles up as a sofa bed), smart TV and WiFi along with sea views and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle and bidet toilet. The settee folds out to a sofa bed. All bedding is provided. There is also a mezzanine level with bean bags for reading or admiring the view (please note - steep wooden ladder for access). Back outside to the courtyard area, the private kitchen facilities are just for your use, and are a few steps from the front door. Here you'll find everything you need to cook a meal or just put a bottle of wine in to chill, before heading out to the local pub for a meal. Please note - the bedroom / living area and the kitchen are two separate buildings located next to each other. We provide a fold out dining table and chairs that can be used in the kitchen for dining, along with outside seating for the summer months. Guest access The main living and sleeping area is in one building along with the bathroom. The kitchen facilities are just a couple of steps outside in a separate building. There is a garden with seating for you to use throughout your stay.
