For everyone’s safety per admin’s new guidelines, Lap Pool and Gym near the Pavillion is are only for renters staying 1 year or longer. However, 5 more pools and 3 gyms are open to all short term guests. Other things to note For every confirmed booking, I will be sending all the documents needed to be filled out and signed to be submitted to the admin 2-3 days before check in date, including Grass Move in Forms and Notarized Contract. All can be E-signed. ( Please prepare for a clear copy of your passports for foreigners or any govt id for locals ) If same day booking, the guests will be listed as visitors instead of official occupants. Visitors will have to pay a fee to access the amenities.
