Our neighborhood has a country feel with farms surrounding us and beautiful mountain views. The apartment is above our garage, but there is a private entrance. Absolutely no parties allowed. Maximum occupancy of 6 at all times. Maximum of two cars per stay, and no people coming and going (exceptions with prior approval from the host only).
