Beautifully decorated to create a cozy and restful space. All new beds with new plush mattresses to ensure you have a restful sleep. Pull the blinds and drapes and let the light flood in to this cozy open space. This home has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. A COZY LIVING ROOM: You'll enter into a restful space with a comfy sofa, side chairs and a coffee table. We hung a Smart Flat Screen TV on the wall and you can use your login to access Netflix, Hulu or Prime. Should you need to use the desk, we made sure to include stationery supplies. A MODERN KITCHEN: We are foodies so we have a fully stocked kitchen with a blender, toaster, waffle iron and all the necessary items to cook and eat. There's also a Fridge equipped with water dispenser, ice maker. A Keurig Elite Coffee Maker with a tray of K pods and we didn't forget tea lovers, so there's a kettle and teabags . You'll find seating for eight including the stools around the island and chairs by the dining table. SERENE MASTER BEDROOM: We put a luxurious Queen bed in this room with a memory foam mattress to ensure you get a good nights sleep. In the closet you can find extra blankets and there's a remote control ceiling fan. We decorated this room in restful colors and hope you love it as much as we do. MODERN MASTER BATHROOM: Step into this sparkling clean bathroom through the sliding barn door. The walk-in tile shower has double shower heads and a double sink with two mirrors and toilet. In the closet you can find extra towels a blow dryer and a first aid kit. RESTFUL BEDROOM 2: This fun room with comfortable matching twin beds and plush mattresses, was decorated for families and includes books and games for all ages. SLEEK MODERN BEDROOM 3: A Queen bed with a plush comfortable mattress, a nightstand, lamp and an alarm clock. We put a fun reading chair in this room. SPACIOUS MODERN SECOND BATHROOM: A sleek full bathroom with shower/tub combo, mirror, toilet and a shelf stocked with toiletries. QUAINT PATIO: Seating for guests is available on our cozy patio. Find seating cushions in one of the cupboards along with a small side table. GARDEN SPACE: The garden is rustic and heavily wooded, we do not recommend this space for small children as they may wander and fall in the wooded area. There are beautiful tall trees that attract birds and you may occasionally see deer. PARKING: Feel free to park 2 cars only in the driveway. SMART HOME: This home is smart! As in, it features many voice activated controls using the Amazon Echo (Alexa). You can use the concierge service, control the temperature play music, turn off and on lights, and get information. Additionally, the home also has high-speed Internet with a booster signal. The house is conveniently located to just about everything in metro Atlanta with a 10 to 17 minute drive.
