It also includes a comfortable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and enjoy all the comforts of home. A sofa bed is available in the kitchen area, offering accommodation for up to five guests. The private balcony with sea view is the highlight of the villa. Here, guests can enjoy the private jetted tub, ideal for moments of absolute relaxation, while admiring the unobstructed view of the endless blue and the eastern side of the island. Guest access Just 150 meters from the property, guests can access our main hotel, Hotel Thira, where they are welcome to use the shared areas as well as the swimming pool. A homemade breakfast buffet is also available at an additional cost of €10 per person. Also, there are 3 free public parking lots near to the house. Other things to note The property is located only a few minutes away from Fira, the picturesque capital of the island. Within a 6–8 minute walk, guests can reach the Megaro Gyzi Museum and the island’s conference center. Nearby, you will also find traditional tavernas serving local specialties, cafés, and mini markets for your daily needs. Kindly note that, from 1st January 2024 the Greek Government introduced the Climate Resilience Tax. The tax is 2,00 € per night (in total, regardless of the number of guests) and has to be paid at the villa upon arrival.
