Casa Lemos 1 Recife (near Convention Center)

ATTENTION: The space has undergone recent renovations to better utilize the air conditioning. Check new photos. The "apê," as we call it, is in Campo Grande, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, the convention center (1.2 km), Olinda - Historic Center (4.5 km), Recife Antigo (3.5 km), Boa Viagem (10 km). Good for couples (with or without children) and friends. The space The space is ideal for those who want to be closer to the city center, not far from Olinda and with easy access to the south zone through public transport, such as Boa Viagem and its beaches. The space is private and part of the house, so your entrance and exit is through the gate (where you will receive a key and remote control) and you will have a parking space for your car (if you need it). NOTE: The space is on the first floor, an extension of our house, but it is totally private and independent. Guest access Guests can access everything in our apartment (photo environment) and the patio/parking area. Note: The daily rate includes the use of a fan and air-conditioning. I ask that you use the latter responsibly.
