Fabulous, funky, family friendly, adventure pad.

Close enough to downtown without being in the middle of all the hubbub, we know you will enjoy staying in our humble home. Built in the 1950’s this first layer of our house cake still has some of the funky fun that comes with it, but if you can handle scheduling shower time this house has all the trimmings, private parking, home gym, small arcade, working propane fireplace, gorgeous artwork and a fully stocked kitchen just waiting to help deliver a fresh Alaskan caught meal. The space Take the 16 concrete steps up to the door and find yourself in the 1800 square foot first floor of our home. Upon entering the front door of the house you will find yourself in a small mud room with ample closet storage for all your coats and shoes. Another step into the hallway and you have two bedrooms on either side the yellow door leads to two twin beds, and the salmon color takes you to a double bed and home workspace. Next Blue door is the bathroom with large soaking tub followed by the Green to the laundry room / workout area. The galley kitchen opens up to the dining room and flows into the large living room with propane fireplace. Access to the third bedroom with the queen bed can be attained through either the living room or laundry room and boasts a walk in closet that we have partially modified into a small arcade room. Guest access Parking is front and center with two private spaces. Other things to note We reside in the unit upstairs with our two dogs, the sound transfer down can be loud at times, but we stop playing fetch at 8:30 and keep our slippers on when people are staying with us.
