The space There are three wooden houses at your disposal, which can accommodate a total of 16 people: SPRING HOUSE – the main house consisting of two rooms, a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms. It can accommodate 6 people. Each room is equipped with a double bed and the living room has a fold-out, very comfortable, double sofa. In the living room there is a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and oven. The cottage is made entirely of wood, which gives it an amazing charm. SUMMER HOUSE and AUTUMN HOUSE – semi-detached houses, each of them can accommodate 5 people. They consist of a bedroom equipped with a large double bed, a smaller room with a triple bunk bed and a bathroom. The rooms are equipped with TVs and air conditioning. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The master bedroom also has a fridge and a coffee machine. High standard of finish. The cottages have a separate, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery...). In the forest, you fall asleep and wake up in the forest surrounded by peace and quiet. On the almost 3-acre, fenced area, there is plenty of space for a bonfire, barbecue and fun together. There is a tennis court next to the cottages, and just behind the entrance gate, bicycle paths begin, allowing for several kilometers of trips. Bicycles can be rented. Other things to note What is worth visiting / seeing in the area? • In the nearby town of Rogów Legnicki (2.5 km) there is a very nice playground for children and a fishing area surrounded by forest and fields (open from Fri-Sun 7:00-19:00). • The Cistercian Abbey in Lubiąż (6 km) is open to visitors all year round from April 1 to September 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from October 1 to March 31 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. • Lake Kunickie (17 km) covers an area of 95 ha, is over a kilometer long and a kilometer wide. It allows for fishing, swimming and walking along the shore. Thanks to the sports centers, it is also possible to rent a sailboat, kayak, motor boat or surfboard. • RYBACZOWKA Restaurant in Spalona (13 km) – a great place for fish lovers by the lake. In addition, there is a drink bar and a large area to relax. The restaurant is open during the summer season. • The nearest Water Park (17 km) is located in Środa Śląska. It offers attractions for children and adults: slides, jacuzzi, sauna, paddling pool, sports and recreational pool). • In the city of Lubin (25 km) there is the Lubin ZOO - Center for Environmental Education, open all year round, admission is free. It's a real treat for animal lovers. In the park you will find: a trail of dinosaurs, birds, farm animals, natural monuments and the ice age. In addition, in the Mini Zoo you can see, for example, Syrian goats, rabbits, donkeys, masked pigs and Shetland ponies. • The Church of Peace in Jawor (32 km) is the largest wooden building with religious functions in the world. In 2001, it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Visiting is possible from April 1 to October 31 and in the remaining months of the year for groups of more than 6 people after prior booking. • The charming Old Town in Legnica and the Piast Castle are only 24 km from Kawice. In the city center, we will have a good lunch and drink coffee in the open gardens during the spring and summer season. • Wojnowice Castle is located at the exit from Wrocław (33 km) towards Kawice. Open to visitors, it also has a great restaurant. Special events are also held on the castle grounds.
