When you stay with us you are our only guests and are treated like family. We no longer offer breafast. The space Our Tree Top Suite offers a comfortable King bed, Queen sofa bed, spacious sitting area with DVD player, IPOD dock, and large selection of reading material. Free WiFi. Private bath with tub/shower. There is a tea and coffee service in the room and a microwave and small refrigerator for your use. You will also enjoy your own private covered porch. Other things to note We have a 2 night minimum for weekends, Fri.-Sun. from April 1- Oct. 31. We do not accept pets. Airbnb collects and remits VA state occupancy tax of 5.3% for us. They do not however collect Grayson County occupancy tax for us. We request that you bring cash or a check to cover that tax.
