Designed with the distinctive traditional Polynesian architecture, every detail of this private villa is created to 'live in the moment'. Past the automatic gate, a stunning view of the lagoon awaits. This home has four bedrooms (1 with a king bed, 2 with a queen bed and a 1 with two double beds), an outdoor shower with hot water, hidden behind banana trees. Three private decks and one main deck, 3 bathrooms (all with two sinks), brand new appliances, including fresh filtered ice and water dispenser, a solar heated furnace, a gas stove and electric oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, two kayaks and plenty of space to relax. One of the bedrooms is in its own seperate bungalow, closest to the lagoon. The house has a covered parking space and can accomodate three cars. Villa Temoe is located in the most desired area of Moorea. At the entrance of Cook's Bay, you will have your own private lagoon access, with a 180 degree view over the ocean, and nightly sunsets while being close to all the fun water/land activities, the markets, and restaurants. The villa has a covered parking and can accomodate up to 3 cars. The house was renovated in 2021. A few things that we think you might want to know: * The SmartTV allows you to stream your content. Note: internet service can be slow here. * The house is very comfortable for a family but the decks do not have banisters nor guard rails (to keep in mind if you have very young children). * There is an office, with closing sliding doors that can comfortably accomodate two people working at once. * There are two blue kayaks with their paddles stored under the bungalow deck, feel free to use them but please be very careful not to damage them nor hurt yourself, when taking them over the rock wall to access the lagoon. Always bring them back up in the garden after you are done using them. * The very last concrete step leading to the lagoon can be VERY slippery, we brush it regularly but the algea comes back quickly. Please be VERY CAREFUL when stepping on it. * Note: this is a home-stay (vs. hotel-stay) we will provide you with "starting" supplies: a few toilet paper rolls, trash bags, coffee pods, laundry pods, dishwasher pods; however, please plan on purchasing some if you need more during of them during your stay.
