On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, 2 living rooms (one of which turns into a massage room), a Bouh (typical Moroccan covered terrace) where you will have your meals most often, and the patio, large and bright, where the pool is located. The patio is equipped with an electric glass roof to protect our guests from the coolness of winter evenings. On the 1st floor, 2 suites: African Suite: features a queen size bed (160) Marrakchia Suite: a queen size bed + 2 extra beds for children under 12 years old in the suite's small living room. On the 2nd floor: The Berber Suite, featuring a queen size bed + an extra bed (for children under 12 years old) in the same room. A first terrace with sun loungers and jacuzzi. On the rooftop, a large furnished terrace with panoramic views of the medina and even the Atlas Mountains if the weather permits! All bedrooms come equipped with a connected TV, reversible air conditioning, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. One of the two living rooms is equipped with a connected TV, the other can be transformed into a massage room if needed (contact us). A summary brochure is sent upon booking so you can start planning your stay! Guest access The Riad is located in the Kennaria district, a 5/6-minute walk to the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. But it is also in a Derb (a kind of cul-de-sac) which allows it to be extremely quiet, and without traffic noise. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood, several of our neighbors are guest houses. The Riad is in the heart of the medina, you can walk there. The nearest car access is 7/8 minutes away. Other things to note The Riad is rented in full, it is only for you. Access to the pool and hot tub is of course free and at no extra cost!
