The space The alarm-protected house consists of two parts of the building. One part has a living room with a projector and screen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a stairwell, kitchen, laundry room under the staircase with sink, washing machine and dryer. A bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is separately accessible. Both parts of the building have access to the roof terrace, garden and pool. The building is only rented as a whole. It has central heating and air conditioning. An additional pellet stove in the living room ensures coziness in winter. All electrical appliances are brand-name products. The furniture is new and of high quality. The solid wood built-in kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, eye-level oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and pasta machine. The bathrooms have heated towel rails, infrared heating mirror cabinets, hairdryers and walk-in showers. The outdoor kitchen has a sink with running cold and hot water, a mini fridge, a large gas grill and a three-burner gas stove. For the outdoor area, 6 garden loungers, an extendable table for 8, three bistro tables for 2, a table for 6 and corresponding seating are available. The property is suitable for both vacation and longer-term home office use. Guest access Access is via the remote-controlled garden gate. Up to four vehicles can be parked on the property. A carport is available for two vehicles. A paved path leads from the carport to the house. Other things to note The building is located in a rural area in southern Italy. Power fluctuations and short-term outages are possible. There is an emergency power supply to ensure access and water supply. Once a week, an intermediate cleaning with a change of towels and linens takes place on request. The pool is cleaned every Friday by a specialist company.
