Welcome to my apartment.Newly renovated, with all amenities in the top center of Plovdiv. Literally located on the Main Pedestrian Street, 2-3 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Trap (Kapana), as well as many shops and restaurants.You will enjoy amazing sunrises and views of the city, the hills and the Old Town while drinking your morning coffee or just relaxing on the 8th floor balcony.The apartment is quiet, fully furnished and equipped, IPTV, fast WiFi.Suitable for business and relaxation The space The apartment is located in a residential building on the 8th floor with amazing views of Sahat Tepe and the Old Town. The place is ideal for couples and groups of friends. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils, cooking basics - literally everything to enjoy proper nutrition in the dining room for 4 people. In the living room you have a flat screen TV (170+ channels) and a very good WI - FI connection (100MB) throughout the apartment. In front of all rooms there is a very spacious terrace with a beautiful view. There are two separate bedrooms. The larger one has a double king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and cupboards. The second bedroom also has a double queen bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and desk. There is also a cot provided if needed. Air conditioning in every room! The bathroom is modern, with a shower and the toilet is in a separate room. There is an additional closet room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. We will provide basic toiletries as well as clean and fresh towels for all guests. The apartment is suitable for any type of traveler, for business and leisure. All this just 20 seconds walk to the main pedestrian street of Plovdiv, the apartment is situated buffalo above it. The apartment is suitable for 4 people, but we can accommodate 5 if necessary (one on the sofa bed in the living room). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, as families with young children often visit. I hope you show understanding. The whole building is a little unbearable to noise, so the observance of normal behavior and silence after 22.00 is mandatory. Guest access All rooms in the property are accessible to guests. Other things to note RFID access at the entrance of the building. Please do not remove furniture and equipment. In case of emergency or incident, please contact me first. Please note that young children come quite often and therefore smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. You can smoke on the terrace! Observance of normal behavior and silence after 22.00 is mandatory.
