The space Like a large hotel room, the studio is clean and comfortable and suitable for the guest that are traveling or working in the area. King bed. Towels and pressed linens provided. Laundry room on ground floor. There are no burners for cooking. Only microwave, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator & dishes. On 2nd floor. No elevators. Quiet location with access to shopping, restaurants, parks and the mountains! Guest access The space is your own. Self-contained room with full bathroom Laundry room in the building open 24/7 Patio by swimming pool (seasonal) with BBQ, small gym, all available for your use. Other things to note Our studios are single occupancy. We do not allow pets (due to accidents and allergies). Smoking of anything is not allowed. If you are a smoker, you must leave the building completely to smoke.
