Casa Verde! Walk to the Beach, Ocotal

Newly renovated. Located between Coco and Ocotal beaches, this place is away from the noise of the parties, but walking distance (10 min walking or 2 minutes golf cart ride) to Ocotal Beach. Playa Ocotal is a small beach to enjoy sun, snorkel, fishing and restaurants, it is also one of the cleanest (blue-flag rated) and quietest beaches around. The space The condo is 10 minutes by car or golf cart to supermarkets, stores, restaurants and bars, rental and tour services and of course, more beaches of Coco. Complex is safe with 24 hours security, although it is a little overkill as we never felt unsafe here. There are many trees around the neighborhood that make you feel like living in a small jungle. Our condo is located 30 minutes from the Liberia airport. Air conditioned 2BD/2BA condo sleeps 4. The master with a queen sized bed has an ensuite bath and wall safe located in the closet. Both rooms have ample storage. Unit offers full kitchen with cookware, full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, tea kettle and blender. There are ceiling fans in every room, TV, WIFI, Washer/Dryer (which is a rare option) and parking space for one car/golf cart. Guest access Condo is located on the 2nd floor, with hillside views, view of the pool, with trees popular with a troop of howler monkeys that visit often. You will feel a nice breeze all year long when sitting on the front terrace facing the swimming pool. Many guided tours to the rain-forest, volcanoes, waterfalls, sea turtles, snorkeling, are available and they will pick up directly at the condo.
