This sweet little 1 bed, 1 bath cottage can be found in the center of Salem. Located in an alley behind the main house, it's completely separate with it's own private driveway and entrance. It's only a 5 minute drive to get to I-5, downtown, Willamette University, or the State Hospital and only a 15 minute drive to any other part of Salem or Keizer. The space The cottage is 430 sq ft with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a full sized and fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom has a queen Tempur-pedic bed, as well as a large dresser and a closet for clothing storage. The living room has a table for eating or working, a futon couch (that also folds flat into an additional sleeping surface if needed), smart tv, wifi, Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime, movies, games, books, Blutooth stereo, and frisbee discs to take to the nearby frisbee golf park, among other things, to make it your ideal home away from home. Guest access The cottage is located on the same property as the main house but is completely separate. The entire cottage along with it's private driveway, and small yard are for the sole use of the cottage guests. Other things to note The bathtub/shower is raised. It may be difficult for people with mobility issues to access. The cottage does not have its own address and therefore does not get mail delivered to it.
