The space A 16th century manor house, at the top of the hill at the end of a cul-de-sac with its closed courtyard, the Liscuis offers impressive views of the Blavet Valley. Former manor farm, the building now includes 3 cottages. Located away from the neighborhood in the middle of fields and woods, the site is conducive to reunions, festive, sporting or relaxing. Pen Men is an isolated tower south of the courtyard. On 3 levels in total, the 2 bedrooms are each the size of a full floor. On the ground floor, the common room is dominated by the huge fireplace and overlooks the ensuite bathroom. Guest access Liscuis is conveniently located in the middle of Brittany: St Brieuc, Lorient & Quimper 1 hour Vannes Rennes & Brest 1h15 Nantes 2 hours. Access is mainly via the 2x2 lanes N164 Rennes<>Châteaulin, exit St Gelven, between Mur de Bretagne & Rostrenen. When you arrive at Liscuis, a large parking lot is located at the back of the building. Pen Men has direct access.
