Beautiful Ocean View Condo, Gated Complex w/ Pools

Unwind in this charming one bedroom condo with a beautiful ocean view right from the dining room. It’s very breezy but there’s also strong central AC throughout the house if you want to cool down. Regatta Point is a gated complex with lots of amenities including access to 3 pools, a tennis court, basketball hoop, free designated parking spot, along with a beach and two restaurants within short walking distance. Additionally, the complex has a backup generator that can power all the units. The space The condo complex has a backup generator that is a NECESSITY due to the unreliable power company known as Wapa. Power outages are frequent and a generator is a MUST. The generator is automatic and ensures that you will still be able to enjoy your vacation even when half the island is in the dark. We really don’t recommend booking anywhere without a generator! Beyond that, there are two queen beds in the master bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, bathtub and shower. The living room area includes a sofa that turns into a bed, chair, large storage ottoman, and dining room table with 4 chairs and an optional bench to rearrange and seat 6. Another full bathroom is in the living area. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and hot water kettle along with all of your other essential kitchen appliances. The kitchen includes all of the cooking basics. We also provide coffee, tea, Nespresso pods for the machine, coffee creamer, sugar, etc. The Large HD TV is perfect for all your movie night needs. We have added a second couch since taking photos so there’s plenty of living room seating. The small balcony has a couch patio and a direct ocean view. There is a laundry room with paid laundry machines directly under the unit. Guest access Guests have access the main pool and the two pools at adjacent complexes. They can also use the laundry room below the unit as well as the tennis courts and basketball court. Other things to note One tip we have is that renting a car is recommended! There is no Uber on the island and renting a car gives you freedom to explore the island at your own pace. If not you will need taxis to get around. Note that we do drive on the left side of the road here, but the steering wheels on the cars are the same as in the states. Additionally, some quick house rules: Quiet hours at the complex are from 10pm-8am (no loud music or screaming). Please turn off air conditioning and lights when not in use. Do not hang towels off the balcony, instead use the drying rack inside the closet in the living room. No smoking & no pets. Thank you!
