Home style restaurants with great bartenders right here in town! 🚤 10 minutes to launch at Topock 66 & 15 away from Pirate’s Cove for a bigger ramp 🌄 A gorgeous 20-30 minute drive leads you to Lake Havasu for the exclusive London Bridge channel, great fine dining, fun local pubs, and beautiful AZ to explore! The space Very open floor plan, deep sleep beds, TVs in every room, and a kitchen with all necessary amenities. Guest access Access to front garage and side yard for parking or storage. Other things to note *Happy to accommodate long term reservations* Beautiful mountain scenery with incredible sunset views. Star gazing at night is amazing being able to see the Milky Way being so far out from civilization. Great for event entertaining with extra guests or even just having a great time relaxing after a long day of extreme play. Games are proved, netted trampoline for safety, a fire pit (wood will need to be brought), large patio table, barbecue grill and a big yard! Please just let me know if you intend on having a large guest event. *Dogs are welcome with a refundable $300 for a Cleaning Deposit due to having such thick carpet and a large yard that waste can be missed in* (Max amount of 2 dogs, no cats)
