Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building (corridors, garage, etc.); 3. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. must be respected. 4. No parties allowed inside the apartment. 5. Extra mattresses are made available according to the number of guests reported on the reservation. Access by "extra guests" not reported at the time of booking is not allowed. We provide 1 set of sheets and 1 basic towel (thin/low weight) per guest.
