Inside, you’ll find: A king-size, all-natural Tempur-Pedic bed in the master bedroom A cozy twin bed nook, ideal for a little one or extra guest A spacious living room with a reclining sofa & armchair A fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, coffee machine, toaster oven, and popcorn maker Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) + fast Wi-Fi Washer/dryer + workspace with forest views Step outside and feel the stress melt away. Your stay includes access to a wood-burning sauna, a heated pool (Mid May–September, shared with other guests), waterfall swimming hole, and forest to explore. 🐐 Farm Life & Outdoor Fun At Napping Horse Farm, every day brings a new wonder. Meet our friendly rescue animals: horses, goats, mini-donkeys, emus, pigs, rabbits, chickens, and geese. Just let us know when booking so we can prepare for your furry friend’s arrival. ✨ Other Notes The Bird’s Nest has a private entrance and is the only unit in the building Located above a rarely used equipment garage Property includes 2 other homes (occupied by family) and 1 other Airbnb unit The pool is shared with the other airbnb unit and is attached to our family home. We keep the pool open and heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If weather allows, we will open it early and keep it open later into September! Guest access Guests are able to park multiple cars outside of the apartment. Guest will be provided a map of the property and local recommendations. Other things to note Please read this information carefully before booking! All bookings of 2 nights or more include a session in our wood-burning sauna by the stream. To ensure the sauna is ready for you, please provide us with at least 5 hours' notice before your desired session time. Love the sauna and want to use it again during your stay? Additional sessions can be arranged for $75 per use. Farm Tours: Private Farm Tour ($50 or Included with 3+ Night Stay) Experience the joy of meeting our adorable farm animals up close! This guided tour allows you to pet, interact with, and learn about the unique stories of our friendly residents. For guests staying 3 nights or more, this tour is included at no additional cost. If you're staying for 1 or 2 nights and would like to enjoy the private farm tour, the cost is $50 per tour. Please let us know at least 1 day in advance to schedule your tour so we can make the necessary arrangements. Self-Guided Tour: Prefer to explore at your own pace? We offer a self-guided tour option where you can stroll around the farm and see the animals for yourself. Many of our animals will come right up to the fence to say hi! Please do not enter any enclosures or feed them. Bringing a Furry Friend? We love pets and welcome them to share in your farm experience!
