Modern 1Bdr Cottage - Walk to Beach

Enjoy a break by the beach in Sydney! This modern cottage with air conditioning and a private outdoor patio is a five minute walk to the stunning beach of Malabar, golf course and cafes, 25 minutes into the city centre and 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. The space Our modern one-bedroom cottage has an open plan living space, with all new appliances and furniture. It is light and airy. Bedding and towels are provided. There is plenty of on-street parking. Unfortunately, the pool is not for use by guests, but the Malabar sea pool is amazing and only a 5 minute walk away. Guest access You will have sole access to the cottage and a private outdoor courtyard. The cottage is on the same property as our house but it is separated by a high fence and is completely private. There is a swimming pool in the main house but there is no access to the pool for guests in the cottage. Other things to note The swimming pool is part of the main house and is not for use by cottage guests. We have included it in the photographs so that you get a sense of where the cottage is located on the property. The Malabar sea pool is lovely as is Malabar beach and both are just a short walk away.
