MINIMUM STAY 32 NIGHTS FOR RECREATIONAL OR VACATION USE ONLY!! Beautiful apartment with a PRIVATE BALCONY in the Palacio del IX Marqués de la Montilla built in 1880. Completely renovated with warm decoration with contrasts belonging to the traditional modernist style of the Catalan capital. Bright equipped apartment in the heart of the city, thanks to its central location, you and yours will have everything by hand. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with Smart TV and kitchen. The space The apartment is a fully renovated apartment from which the original ceiling and floors of the Catalan Modernist movement have been restored. It consists of: 1 large living-dining room (table with 4 chairs, small area with table, sofa bed, Smart TV) openly connected to the kitchen.
