This is a standalone unit. It is a private room with its own private entrance and bathroom inside the room. Very central location with good access to freeways. LA river near by for bike riding and jogging. Elysian Park and Dodger Stadium are close by. Parking is free on the street always plenty of it and very safe. The space All new and remodeled. Private bathroom. Private entrance to room from shared patio area. The room comes with a Queen size bed, a dresser, TV, AC. A medium size refrigerator with its freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle are in the walk-in closet. Guest access Shared out door patios where you can sit and relax or have breakfast. Washer and dryer shared with other guests is the back patio. Parking is on the street, it is free, safe and there is always plenty of room on both sides of the street in front of the house. Other things to note Santa Monica Beach and Venice Boardwalk are 20 miles away.
