I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years (The Donatello Hotel being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club). You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the Donatello to cover any damages to the room (credit or debit card only). GENERAL TERMS: - Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants.
